ECN Hospitality, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles personal information (name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, property information, contract information, etc.) provided by customers as follows in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law.



Purpose of Use of Personal Information

We will take necessary preventive and corrective measures as described below to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information due to unauthorized access, theft, or removal.

Basic handling methods for acquisition, use, storage, etc. of personal information are stipulated in internal rules.
(2) Organizational safety control measures
A person responsible for the handling of personal information is appointed, and the responsible person confirms that personal information is being handled in accordance with the internal rules, and periodically reviews the handling of personal information.
In preparation for the occurrence of incidents such as leaks, a reporting and communication system has been established for employees to report to the person in charge.
